NYLaughs is back this summer with its highly anticipated series of free comedy performances, offering New Yorkers a much-needed laughter intervention and the opportunity to discover their own emotional support pigeons at our exciting signature Laughter in the Park pop-up events! NYLaughs is thrilled to join forces with Lincoln Center for the “Summer For The City” programming, a celebration of collaboration and giving back to the community. Best of all, admission to all shows is free!

This remarkable program is made possible by the generous support of various organizations.  NYLaughs would like to extend its gratitude to the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council for public funding; A.R.T./New York;  A.R.T./New York’s NYC Small Theatres Fund made possible with support from the Howard Gilman Foundation and the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul. Kerry Coddett Comedian

Kerry Coddett, a Caribbean-American writer, actress, and stand-up comedian, is currently involved in multiple TV projects, including HBO’s upcoming Untitled Yvonne Orji Stand-Up Special, Showtime’s Flatbush Misdemeanors, and previous work on Wyatt Cenac’s Problem Areas, while also making appearances on HBO’s Crashing, TruTV’s Laff Mobb’s Laff Tracks, Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, and TruTV’s Comedy Knockout, and has been recognized as a performer at various comedy festivals, notably winning the Caroline’s on Broadway Comedy Madness Competition in 2017.

James Mattern Comedian

James Mattern, a nationally renowned comic and radio personality, is celebrated as one of NYC’s most cherished Emcees, having appeared on various TV programs including “Garbage Time with Katie Nolan” on Fox Sports One, “The List” on The WWE Network, “The Bracket” on MSG Networks, and “The Artie Lange Show,” while also serving as the former audience warmup for “Crowd Goes Wild” on Fox Sports One alongside Regis Philbin, and making appearances on “THE MOJO SHOW” on CBS SPORTS RADIO and as a “man on the street” for “FERRALL ON THE BENCH” on SIRIUS-XM.

Usama Siddiquee Comedian

Usama Siddiquee is a Bengali-American stand-up comedian and actor based in New York. Usama slings jokes on these topics and more with rapid-fire charisma and hilarity. He was featured on the 2020 season of America’s Got Talent. He traveled to Montreal as one of the New Faces at Just For Laughs in 2018. He made his standup television debut on BET’s 50 Central. He has been featured on Showtime’s Desus and Mero, MTV’s News, and Bravo’s Cash Cab. He was a finalist for the 2017 NY’s Funniest Competition at Caroline’s; a finalist in the 2017 NBC Standup Competition; and 1st place winner of the 2016 Laughing Devil Cup Comedy Festival in New York.

Simeon Goodson Host

Simeon Goodson has garnered widespread acclaim across the globe, performing and producing in a variety of countries from Dubai to China and being described by The Huffington Post as a comedian who “should be a household name in comedy,” while Brooklyn Magazine lauded him as one of the “50 Funniest People in Brooklyn.”

Nore Davis Headliner

Nore Davis, a New York City-born comedian, has established himself in the comedy scene with TV appearances on shows like Inside Amy Schumer and Last Week Tonight, releasing comedy albums such as “Home Game” and “Too Woke,” and currently working on his own show titled “In Between with Nore Davis,” while also showcasing his talent in acting with a role in the TV series Succession and Dickinson.
